Does not work!

This ink is horrible!!!! The only thing it gets on is your hands!!!! It doesn’t not transfer to the icing sheet!!!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Why are you selling this product to people?????

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

My item has been waiting to ship for now 12 days and the company refuses to answer me! They already received funds from my payment method and I ordered about 2 weeks ago. They answered my message 4 days ago and said they will ship the items the next day but that is yet to happen! Horrible horrible terrible service! No one answers the number listed at alll!
