Good stuff. Highly recommend.

This is second time, I have ordered ink refill soft hp cartridges. Last time & this time , I keep getting messages that cartridges “ low on ink,” “ cartridges not genuine HP” (which they are) and system will not support continuous ink cartridges.
Please send instructions on how to correct this problem. On the last go around with ink refills I called HP which corrected problem but they said they would not do it again.
I hope you can send instructions so I can use printer.
